School enquiry/feedback/complaint
If your enquiry or feedback is about an early childhood service, please direct your message to the relevant early childhood service (find an early childhood service in Queensland).
If your intention is to submit a complaint about an issue at a particular early childhood service, please note that in all cases you should first contact the early childhood service involved and seek to have resolution achieved at the local level. Our early childhood services have full autonomy and QLECS will only become involved if all avenues for local resolution, in accordance with your early childhood service's Grievance Policy, have been exhausted first. We are confident that resolutions suitable for all concerned can be achieved at the early childhood service level.
